2016 Financials : a record year for EBITDA at 155 MAD

The balance between Mutandis’ three product lines has played its part since, despite an unfavorable year in some African countries, Mutandis’ consolidated EBITDA increased by 12% compared to 2015. The substantial fall in oil prices in 2016 has indeed undermined the foreign exchange reserves of some of our client’s countries (Angola in particular), resulting in a drop of our sales of seafood products in volume and prices. Detergents are rising sharply and a satisfactory year for the food bottles more than compensated: Good to have a balanced portfolio of consumer products!
